Running with the Perfect Fit
Running has always been a way for me to de-stress, especially now that I’m starting to feel the great pressures of the PR industry (barely two months into the job, but already and greatly deprived of sleep). Interestingly, I discovered my love for running in 2008 when one night, I just couldn’t get myself to shut down even after a long day from summer school.
Throughout my on and off relationship with this sport, one of the biggest challenges has always been finding the right pair of shoes to help me (as they say) “go the extra mile.” And because for the past two and a half years that I’ve been using my Nike Zoom, one of the three pairs I got from my stint as UAAP courtside reporter, I think it’s about time I switch and try out yet another dynamic model from the only running shoe brand I trust.
Thanks to our friends from Nike, I got the privilege to try out the new LunarEclipse+2 , which boasts of the Dynamic Fit Technology. This pair was designed to eliminate the space between the foot and the shoe for the best customized fit that feels like the runner’s ‘second skin.’

Pushing innovation limits to help runners achieve their full potential, the LunarEclipse+2 also features ultra-soft Lunarlon cushioning for a smooth ride and the innovative Dynamic Support stability system that works in tandem with the Lunarlon cushioning to for an easy, gradual transition and a smooth ride.
In the two weeks that I’ve used this pair, I can now put my Nike Zoom to rest and move forward with my new LunarEclipse+2. It’s gonna be a challenging race ahead to fitness, but I’m confident it will be worth every mile.
The LunarEclipse+2 is now available at all Nike outlets.
